Acredo, a highly reputable, growing accounting firm with their office based in Paarl, currently has the abovementioned position available for a detailed, presentable, and organised person with excellent administrative and communication skills.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional office etiquette and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for general office management, facilities, and client relationship management data of Acredo. Duties will include (but not be limited to): *Receptionist/Office administration *General office duties (handling email enquiries, answering and forwarding calls, taking messages, making appointments, greeting and serving refreshments to clients) *Onboarding of clients *Management of staff diaries *Ordering of all office supplies *General filing *Assisting with general invoicing, purchasing and data administration functions * Ensuring that the office is neat and that staff members keep their workstations neat and organised *All other administrative and ad hoc tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Grade 12 (a tertiary qualification will be to the candidate’s advantage);
• Approximately 5 years’ office admin/reception experience;
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, specifically Excel and Word);
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English);
• Driver’s license and own reliable transport.
