Our client, operating in the wine industry and situated in Paarl, currently has the abovementioned position available for a friendly, detailed, driven individual with excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English, verbal & written), that can work accurately under pressure and is adept at multi-tasking.

The ideal candidate has exceptional office etiquette and a basic understanding and passion for the wine industry.

The successful candidate will report to the MD and will be responsible for (but not limited to) various financial & administrative functions, including: *Receptionist/Office administration *General office duties (handling email enquiries, answering and forwarding calls, taking messages) *Ordering of all office supplies *General filing *Capturing creditors invoices, reconciling creditors at month-end, etc *All other administrative and ad hoc tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric is a requirement; a relevant tertiary qualification in finance will be to the candidate’s advantage;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office & Pastel);
• Own reliable transport;
• Must be willing to work after hours/weekends during peak time.

Commencement date of duties: As soon as possible
