Our client, a leading provider of integrated business solutions, has a position available at their office in Paarl for a bilingual HR Generalist with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
The incumbent will report to the Financial Manager and will be responsible for: *recruitment & selection *training & development *HR policies *company compliance to legislative requirements *personnel records *disciplinary processes *performance management *reconciliation of salaries & leave *general HR tasks *all other administrative tasks relating to the position.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field;
• 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar position;
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
• Labour legislation knowledge;
• Advanced administrative & computer skills (specifically Excel);
• Valid license & own transport.
