Incanda Furniture, located in Paarl, currently has the above opportunity available for an energetic, proactive, well organised individual with strong administrative skills who can work accurately and thoroughly. The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, is fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English), and can communicate well across all levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *receiving, processing and verifying orders *handling customer queries *maintaining and updating sales and customer records *compiling monthly sales reports *co-ordinating all administration through internal communication with Financial department *expediting orders through liaison with Production department *liaising with Marketing department to increase sales *assisting Logistical department with distribution of orders *directing feedback from clients to relevant departments *all other tasks related to the position.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric (Grade 12);
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration or a similar role;
• Knowledge of administrative recordkeeping;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
• Own reliable transport;
• A relevant qualification in business administration or similar would be to the candidate’s advantage.
