uniWines Vineyards, with their office located in the beautiful Breedekloof wine region, currently has the above position available.
This is an excellent opportunity for a person with a positive, energetic and enthusiastic approach to life. who can communicate with people on all levels and has the ability to effectively prioritise in a rapidly moving business environment.
The successful applicant's main function will be to organise bottling requests from the Supply Chain Officer with the relevant service providers to support, and will be responsible for maintaining the supply and demand of all dry goods to fulfil the needs of supply chain with adequate stock on a daily basis.
The person will also ensure dry goods stock purchasing, delivery and shipping confirmations, and manage inventory balances. The ideal candidate will be able to keep a complete and detailed database of inventory and supply documentation, but will also be on the ground floor of receiving to personally inspect and confirm supply quality and delivery.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• An appropriate after-school qualification as well as experience in a similar position in the wine industry will count in the applicant's favour;
• Excellent language and communication skills (Afrikaans & English).
